Retaining the freshness and quality of vegetables,fruits,and meals are the most difficult problems to be overcome. Our vacuum cooling system overcomes the problems of the conventional air cooling method using our unique freezing, refrigerating and vacuum technologies. This equipment was designed paying attention to the fact that the boiling point of water drop together with the atmospheric pressure. Materials are cooled by quickly reducing the pressure inside the cooling tank using a vacuum pump so that they are cooled quickly and evenly by the latent heat of vaporization.
